This handheld is in good shape cosmetically but I honestly don't know the first thing about it. I'm not licensed and I don't know much about the unit other than it's in good shape and it powers up. The unit also scans, ect because I was able to figure that much out with the manual that I have printed out (Which will come with it). The unit currently uses an outlet adapter for power because I don't have a battery charger for it. It has a battery, just missing the charger. This will also come with the unit. That's about all I know about it....I'll have pictures of it on here tomorrow.

That's a great, rugged little radio. I have one that I bought used, 25 years ago. Mine puts out 8 watts, and it's still kicking after all these years.
 
Ya'll realize this add is from 2011?
