I would skip that one, there is much better out there. Also, with those the 300 is really more of a model number. Those are good for maybe 160-180 watts PEP. I would not pay more then 75 bucks for one.
Something like a blue face Palomar 225/250, Texas Star 250, Bulletproof 250, TnT 250 (by X-Force), or a RM Italy KL203 or 300p would be a decent small choice.

I have to agree for the price the RM Italy line is a decent amp. you might also consider a x-force midnight special. here is a link to the review of it.
