Hi all
I am in the process of looking for a amp for my mobile.
I am thinking of bidding on a Palomar Elite 300 watt amp. I have been out of radio for approx 30 yrs and don't really know whats good out there. Any help would be appreciated

I would skip that one, there is much better out there. Also, with those the 300 is really more of a model number. Those are good for maybe 160-180 watts PEP. I would not pay more then 75 bucks for one.

Something like a blue face Palomar 225/250, Texas Star 250, Bulletproof 250, TnT 250 (by X-Force), or a RM Italy KL203 or 300p would be a decent small choice.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
