Most of the "Details" are written in what looks like Chinese...(Asian)
So hard to tell, but it looks to be a "Folded" Dipole - or one very long driven element grounded at one end and 3/4th of it's length is passed thru the "skirt" of the main body of the antenna ring provides the "folding length" - the "last" one that the mast feeds thru (schematically?) in itself, grounds terminates or the antenna at that location of the mast top...there is what appears to be a "tuning stub" (Note the 1/5th?) used for the upper vertical radial arm straight up from the mast end (Middle).
But again it's in Chinese or Korean - can't really tell...
From the size I am thinking UHF.
Look at the bnc connector.
I am also not sure the schematic is drawn correctly.
I have no other information and the picture is of such poor quality it is hard to tell.
Don't know how to read Chinese.

Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
