I was laughing so hard when I read the description I almost spit coffee all over my monitor. You have to remember though, those are tube watts which are much better than pill watts. With the user name 'dr_crookshanks' I think I would run the opposite direction as fast as I could. It sounds like the crook is just waiting to shank some unsuspecting victim.
