Go buy yourself one of those 10 meter( 33 ft) telescopic fishing poles, we call them squid poles over here. Make a end fed dipole or a Gainmaster clone and tape it to the pole. You can mount it on a fence post ,tree or just stick it out the window when you want to use it. That will give you some decent height , and when not in use it telescopes down to 1.2 m in length for storage .
