I am studying for my ham license, don't have a radio yet but I di have an old Uniden Washington ssb radio and need some help decieding on a new antenna for both. Been looking at Hy-gain SPT 500, I-max 2000, or a Maco V-5000. I know nothing about ham and this is where the problem is. Please help.
