hiii,

i try to fined solution for my problem , i'm using transmitter (410 Mhz) low ( gain , voltage) (i can't change Tx) with distance 4 Km (not LOS) walls .

which antenna can receive propagation wave ( reflection , refraction ..) , i'm using yagi antenna with 40 db and i can't receive signal .

how can receive receive propagation wave ( reflection , refraction ..) with out change Tx and what the perfect Rx antenna with specification for that .

and what about phased array antenna can solve multipath propgation

I think your best bet would be the 'multi' phased array solution. While that second antenna would be very nice for DF'ing and testing, it isn't a practical antenna for daily use. (Not to mention cost!)
The more antenna elements in an array, the better the signal, but there are limits to that. There are diminishing returns for each additional array element. One of those limits is in the resulting size of the array, not to mention cost again.
Reflections, multi-path, etc, are also problems, but usually can be 'worked around' by positioning and phasing of each element. That can get very, very complicated very fast.
