Any CB guys remember the FireStix ad from the late 1970s/80s

[Marcdraco]

Looking for scans/details of old Firestik CB antenna adverts. One headline was “You can’t lick a stick.” Especially hunting the follow-up ad with the line “For those we offended… we’ve dressed the nude.” Approx late 70s / 80s. Anyone have scans or publication details?

I can only offer this link to vintage cb radio publications.
It's going to require a good bit of foot work to hash thru them, but it's a start.

Thank you - it's a start -the story behind all of this is utterly delicious and I hope to share it here one day, but thank you!

And look at that (not the ad, but confirmation and more potential leads):

Great link, Jeff! I used to buy just about every CB magazine I could get my hands on. Cool trip down memory lane.

OMG, here, take my money!

That is exactly what I needed... I wonder what happened to those people?
