Anyone do mods on the new 1/2 empty 29 LTD Classic?

I keep finding mods for the most recent Cobra 29 LTD Classic cb.

I just had an opportunity to do an open radio comparison between a 2008 model and a 2010 model.

The 2010 model has less components and more jumper.

So are there mods for this newest radio to gain more tx and rx?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
