anyone know what the name of this lug is and where to find it?

I haven't seen lugs like that before. Are they used to plug into some sort of receptacle ?? If they are designed to work with a mating receptacle or jack, then I would guess that you would need to contact the manufacturer for additional plugs. You could take a shot in the dark and try a commercial electrical parts outlet. If they don't have them, maybe they can point you in the right direction. Good Luck.

It's a type of cable ferrule, we use those in the car audio world. There are many types out there. They're used at the ends of stranded cable so that the cable can be attached into a lug terminal. A quick search on gargle will find many types.

Those come included with Samlex power supplies and are for crimping/soldering onto your device’s power leads as the Samlex incorporates tubular holes and set screws rather than screw terminals.
