Anyone know what this little box is?

Take the insides out, hollow out the ends, get a 90 degree PL-259 elbow adapter and attach it to one end, hollow out the 90 degree elbow, insert a screen on the top section of the elbow, insert cannabis,,,,,,,,,,,,,

So.... they are little pieces of crap. Crap somebody made to take some more money away from a CB'er. Seriously.... if I found one stashed away in a box I would hunk it in the trash.
