sometimes they use the channel 23 crystal slot for the vfo
did you try it on channel 23?

According to the Original Docs from Siltronix, none of the VFOs will work on the Titan II, Looks like it requires 13mhz xtals so #1 is closest with 11.5-12mhz output or so.... Next is the #5 with 10.7-11.x or so... Not sure if either of those will quite make 13mhz without mods though.

A Pal Model A is 11-12 and should tune 13 from what I recall. You can also hunt around for a Glenn Digital controller, or make something up. Crystals are a bit pricy now days, depending where you need to go may be an option. However you do it, the old Titan isn't very broad banded...

ok thanks

  • @ Deon:
Good day, I have an Icom IC910H radio. I want to program a memory with split frequency tone on TX only and NO tone on RX,. Is this possible to do from the face of the radio? I don't have the interface to connect to a computer.
  • @ crappykraco:
@Deon very unlikely to get a response here. You are better off starting a thread on the topic.
