Wow that radio looks pretty soofistacated, I hope the button-olgy is user friendly.

A few years back I bought a Bearcat BC-15 and it wasn't the easiest radio to get going and be programmed. But I printed out the simplified operating manual and I slowly came up to speed to operate it. It surly had more operating capabilities and was easy to select the banks I wanted to hear or turn off.

AOR has made some nice stuff. There's a few models I'd like to have, but they are so expensive.

I'm not a big airband listener, but I do enjoy listening to the local fields.

I listen to my antiquated radio shack pro 94 and 95.im lucky lots n i mean lots of analog activity in my area

I've got an old Realistic Pro-32 that runs all day everyday, and just keeps on working. Slow, but effective. We're blessed with analog in this part of the county, and there's a lot of action.
