M0OGY just posted this review of the newly released Aquario RP-70 mini SSB/AM/FM radio. I have heard that it is likely to be un-cheap. I've heard US$400 is the probable price point. Considering it is only 7 watt AM/FM and 15 SSB it will need at least a small amp for most folks applications, which will push the total price even higher. I was looking forward to this radio, but at that price and with the need to also buy an amp it's looking awfully unaffordable. Especially these days when we are all so squeezed for money......

400$ for chickenbander LMAO
You're not just buying a chickenbander, you're getting the full support of a company that most people outside of Brazil have never heard of and who's track record is largely unknown.

Or at least you would be, if they would actually put the darn thing up for sale.

*sigh* I want one, but I'll probably have to wait until they start showing up on fleaBay with busted encoders and then have to 3D print a new tuning knob.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
