Bought this meter used, no longer have a use for it. It's in pretty good shape, only major thing is one of the rubber feet off the bottom is missing, other than that, all is well. I do have the power cord, and all the windows light up. For those unfamiliar, this is a 3 window meter with capabilities of reading SWR, RF Power (4 scales avg & pep) and Modulation.
