I need the pinout for jack on the rear panel ? Does anyone have this info here ?!?

Thank you sir , I actually have a paper copy of the astatic wiring book . The schematic also. I should have been more clear I was talking about the pin out for the RJ12 (telephone jack) on the back .. but with a flashlight and and extra pair of eyes I was able to see thru the smoke ridden plastic and get it fingered out...
