Double check the strain relief on the cord.

Me and a buddy both pulled the wires out of the plug when disconnecting the mike. {new mikes}

I guess they might not be tightening the screws very well at the factory.

I had the same problem with my 636! Tech fixed it for nothing!

636L, I've brought 3 of them in 3 different locations, 2 of them had bad mic elements. Of course Astatic repaired/replaced, but just one of those thing that make you go "HMMMM"

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
