Yeah I am trying to wire up a Astatic Model 877L mic to a 4-Pin Cobra. Can’t find any wiring diagram for this mic. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

The diagram on the sticker tells us that this mike is wired for a PA system, like in a grocery store or Target. The audio output is balanced. Uses the black and red wires both for audio. They both "float" and are not grounded. The green and white wires are meant to trip the PA system's mike relay when you key it.

There is no receive side. A 4-pin Cobra usually needs to have a connection from pin 4 to pin1 inside the mike to hear receive audio. This connection is broken inside a normal Cobra mike when you key it. Shuts down the speaker while transmitting.

A radio that only uses pins 1 2 and 3 will work. Older radios with an internal relay don't need pin 4.

To use it with a radio that only receives with the mike plugged in will require that the mike's innards get rewired in a major way.
