Astatic Road Devil Mic

I am using the Astatic Road Devil Mic at this time. Everything I read on it says it is an excellent for close talking. Could someone recommend a good long distance mic for SSB.

I think that it meant that it is good at holding the mic close to your mouth. It is a great mic that will sound good at long distances, especially on sideband. It will be very clear and crisp.

Yes, I have always found that hand mic's such as those do really well on sideband. Take care.

Hey thats good news for me too, I've ordered a President Lincoln and it's got a Road Devil mike with it.Who knows you guys may even get to hear me!! LOL.

Well guys my road devil died! I bought a 575M, I like this mic so much, that I am going to get the road devil fixed and keep it as a spare.
