the clips have to be strong weatherproof and non reactive so as not to detune antenna. uv resistant nylon perhaps the best idea comes to mind but won't last forever. heavy duty zip ties, a p clamp of said material. maybe something adapted from marine hardware is a possibility as well. best of luck.
