Hi, I have three 10ft. sections of fence top rails (1-3/8 dia.) for mast. 18" is buried in concrete. The rest runs up the side of my garage. What is the best way to ground this antenna. Thanks
 

If your fence post sections are making a good connection, the answer would be a short braid at the base of the pole to a ground rod.
