well unfortunately I did sell it. I currently drive a small car, a Pontiac Sunfire. The wife gets the Jeep Liberty, <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/sick.gif ALT=":x">



I could not fit an HF rig AND a dual band radio like the my Kenwood D700A so I could talk on vhf/uhf.



So I opted to sell the TS-480HX



The tx and rx was great on the radio and 200 watts was nice also just needed "more radio" in a small car NO OTHER REASON so I bought a brand new 706MKIIG.



Yaesu needs to sell a long wire tuner similar to the AH-4 and in the same price range before I would consider buying the 897 or 857. I know they make the FC-800 long wire tuner but doesnt cover 6 meter and you cant control it with the tuner button and its about $500.00 <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/eek.gif ALT=":eek">
