I'd just make one from a new SPT-500 and a ring of aluminium in place of the hygain
u-turn match and put a piece of fiberglass rod into the radiator element just above the radials.
Don't forget to wrap an 8-10 turn choke to ground around the fiberglass, from the tap point at the ring feed, to ground.
Tell me it's not 267" where the Sigma-II tunes best for .385!

I picked one of those 5/8's sigmas a few years ago the coil area was destroyed but a buddy made me a new one
