I ordered this a few months back from China. This is the Chinese voice version and comes with the 220 volt plug and an 110 volt adapter. The only difference is this rig has a Chinese voice only for prompts. I just disabled voice in the menu. I never use voice annunciation anyways. To charge, you will need to use the included adapter or scrounge up a 110 volt wall wart that supplies 12 volt 500 ma with a 2.5mm plug if you dislike the included adapter, after all it does work. All controls and display are English, just the optional voice annunciation is Chinese.
