Seller claims previous owner turned the p/s up to 19v.... now I'm not expert but wouldn't the usual suspects such as 1446s literally tear themselves off the board and go find somewhere else to live at 19v, never minding the fact I don't recall those old p/s being capable of 19v.....and look at the price already....
