I concur with Doc,,although he is a mud duck,,,,,,,I agree dont start that buy this 400 dollar radio and then as you get more into the hobby you sell the 400 dollar radio for 250-300 because you want to get more of the "goodies" Buy a radio that you can grow into NOW
