I am currently building a sloping 1/4 wave ground plane. I have a Cobra 148 modified to about 28 MHZ( operating range 10 to 11 meters). What frequency should I use per resonance, i.e. for what frequency should I cut the length of the radiator so as to maintain a acceptable SWR across the board. Thx, Joe
