Bond doors to cab body, body to frame, hood to body then to frame, exhaust to frame it takes time and effort but well worth !! 1 s unit in reduced noise is the same as adding an s unit of audio.... so bonding etc can be a great help working the smaller stations. Good luck 73

I had some free time at work today so I made a crimper. I was actually surprised that in 15 minutes I had a crimper made from a piece of .375 flatbar. A few blows with a hammer and she's crimped.20151107_133237.jpg

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
