Do you happen to have a dummy load? If so you could connect it to the output on the 203 and see if its antenna related.
To you rule out a sticky relay your gonna have to take the cover off and either use a VOM to see what the relay is doing or listen very carefully to see if you can hear it click when switching from TX to RX.
