Broken Hyperlinks in The ARRL Letter for March 27

Because of a technical error, many of the hyperlinks in the March 27 edition of The ARRL*Letter distributed via e-mail were broken. Hyperlinks have been corrected in the ARRL*website edition of The ARRL*Letter. In addition, a revised edition of The ARRL*Letter will be sent to all subscribers.
