question is there a way to build ur own CB 11meter bas antenna for a short while till a A99 get put up? If anyone can tell me that would be great. many thanx and 73

the coax dipole........ Tips and tricks on how to build your own CB Antennas.

it is made out of nothing more than well, the coax. it gets no more simple than this.

the dipole will do just as well as a 9' whip, and requires no ground plane. throw it up in a tree, (needs 18 foot) and you are set.

i have a more better made version of this to go up as soon as i locate some coax for what i want to pay (nothin). i tend to walk right into the stuff in my line of work, so some 1/2 or 7/8 heliax aint hrd for me to come by.

you also can check out the jpole. i hear it works very well,
