Bullet Smoker first run.

Ok so I fired up the Bullet smoker for the first time today. Cooked some ribbs and a tri tip. They both came out good for the first run on the smoker.

I use cut up citrus fruit with liquid in the bowl....

I have one of these at the river and two here at home...
I use 50/50 mex mesquite charcoal to kingsford briquettes
hang out about the D in IDEAL

I like to do turkeys standing up or breast down
depending on bird size..... cavity filled with cut up citrus
and a few herbs.... sage, rosemary, thyme
