im trying to program my systems saber and im having little problems trying to figure out few things..i know for a fact that 2 meter offset is 600khz and i been on few sites and im just getting more confused and this is where im having trouble with hams.. i got a 2 meter list and trying to figure out few things and im doing a lot of research too.. ok now channel 1 its 145.110 and my paper says freq. in and the offset is minus. i know this is ham 101 but im always having problems with this.. now is the transmit freq. 144.510 if so then i know what im doing if not well then im dumb.. lol thanks for helping

If you are looking at repeater frequencies the frequency that is listed for the repeater will be the output side of the repeater( where you will be listening) the input side will be 600 khz +/ - ...most amateur radios will have the proper offset set from the factory
