hey guys need some help with mounting cb in the car i just got. I purchased a 2000 buick century. Trying to find a place to mount my cobra 25 in it. i saw one site had one of those workman humpmounts with a speaker in it. are these good mounts. I dont really want to screw any mounts in this car. im probably the only one drive one of these old lady cars, ha. but it rides super smooth

My kid has a 95 regal and he mounted his 68 uniden to the hump facing him at an 45 degree angle facing the driver.

You have to cut small crosses through the carper or your drill bit will magically grow due to the carper fibers wrapping around it.

those are nice mounts. if your car has a full seat without a center concole
the hump mounts are perfect.i had a 1989 celeberity with auto on colum
and had the hump mount for cb.

got my hump mount in the mail today. Looks like im going to have to do a little modifying. The hump of the car isnt quite as wide as the mount, but is very close. Will try to install this weekend

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
