I tried that also. BS chat room with voice. Ham radio has echolink and to get in you have to be a licensed ham,it works not a bad deal for hams with antenna restrictions etc.

I must be old fashioned...my cell phone is used only for phone calls and the texting feature is disabled. No internet or CB.

Dam $50 just for a phone with no extras ripoff you can get a phone with unlimited min text and internet for $45 to $65
