CD44 rotor and CDE H-IV control box question???

I have come across a CD44 rotor that is 8 wire and have the opportunity to get a CDE H-IV controller box that is also 8 wire. I know the H-IV controller is to work with the CD45 rotor but does anyone know if it will operate the CD44 rotor properly?

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
