Channel mod info

I used to have a Washington base and a cobra 2000 that had the channel
Mod where the channel said 1 2 3 when on extra channels it would say
47 48 49 etc is there any info on these mods?

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
