Looky there Earl, it is the same as the schematic....

I bet that someone replaced R90 with that jumper - I know I would. You lose a little linearity but it allows the Dynamike to turn off the mic audio, not just turn it down. It is also bent where all the other "factory" jumpers are straight as an arrow. And we know someone has been in TM86's radio - the diode on the other side of VR6 has been clipped.
