Cobra 139XLR clarifier lock....not quite on LSB

I wonder if there is some low level audio-frequency warble/buzz/hum/tone in LSB transmit only that is affecting the frequency counter throwing the reading off.
Try listening to the transmit of both the LSB and USB on a good receiver, preferably with headphones and see if you can hear artifacts on LSB that aren't present in USB.
 
Well, its resolved. I could not get the popular Uniden 85 clarifier lock procedure to work but a user on here, Holydvr, messaged me with a post from Nomad on Grumpy's site with a slightly different process and it now works well. Thanks Holydvr for your help and Nomad for your big brain!!!!

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
