Cobra 139XLR S meter adjustment?

Hi all, I have a Cobra 139XLR that is working fine except the S meter needs adjustment. Yes, I know the S meter readings are subjective and not accurate in general but if someone can tell me which trimmer it is (VR??) I would be appreciative.

Which should be the same 858 chassis as the 139 XLR. VR1 is the S meter adjustment for the Washington, can't think of a reason it wouldn't be for the 139 XLR.
