Cobra 142gtl

Replaced some caps so far and for some reason the s/rf power meter`s needle is all the way up stuck any help would be appreciated. when I turn the unit off it goes back down.
 
Check to see if you didn't put in any caps in backwards and shorted them.
Check your solder work to see if you didn't bridge any solder joints and hope you didn't fry something else.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
