Update: replaced all caps my rx light and tx light up when I key up that's about it I may have something else wrong besides my caps.

Replaced some caps so far and for some reason the s/rf power meter`s needle is all the way up stuck any help would be appreciated. when I turn the unit off it goes back down.
Check to see if you didn't put in any caps in backwards and shorted them.
Check your solder work to see if you didn't bridge any solder joints and hope you didn't fry something else.
