Hello, where is the vr to adjust the meter? I just put a new one in and the needle is in the middle of the meter, or should I adjust the needle on the meter itself?

What you need to adjust depends on when the needle is in the middle,
if its stuck in the middle when the rig is turned off you need to do something with the meter,
if its only in the middle when you tx or rx then adjust the vr's in the rig to put the needle where you want it.
