Cobra 148 Mk2 channel display fault..

Hi all..
Iv a cobra 148 glt dx Mk2, what would be making my channel 40 read as channel 90 on the LED display, could it be the channel switch itself or a diode gone faulty?

Any help would be most grateful ...
