got one here i dont need.was going to mod for 10m.
it needs a speaker,mic,and power cord.
tested to tx and rx.has upper and lower switch mods.
$50 plus actual shipping.
looks fair.

and it was made in phillipines.someone led modded the meter.looks good though.

The meter is no longer in production, he bought it off Ebay.
Forget about it, I look twice a day for one.
