Need a bit of help here replaced all caps i have not installed any leds when radio is off via front power switch channel selector stays on very dim any suggestions? thanks.

Are your meter bulbs out?

All the wires that feed the bulbs work good as i tested them with a spare one i have

I'm going to install all leds then do nomads mod resistor from ac/dc switch to power switch
