Are you sure they are broken? Mine were only stuck. If you take them out there is a screw on the back that controls the pivot of the meter movement. I put a little silicone on the pivots and turned the screw to loosen up the movement. That fixed mine. Counterclockwise seemed to loosen and clockwise tightened.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
