ive got a cobra 25 ltd that ive been running with a rfx 75,all was good untill i had a power wire from a radar detector short out on my cb,was not pretty.ive been read alot about troubleshooting and testing i am pretty good at electronics but i am noe at a dead end.i replaced my pll and it keyed up for a minute then i think i might of damaged it again.i replaced d11 cause it was split now r84 is really hot when i power up.have no tx no rx just panel lights and a green light but when i key green light gos out dosnt even go red. what do i do besides but a new radio.
