I installed a rfx75 on a 2010 cobra 25 ltd classic as per instructions on cbtricks and did exactly as shown and rechecked all work several times.Now I have excellent tx to around 75 watts but it's like there is no rf gain.I can here someone within a 1/2 mile or so but that's about it.There is no white noise even with volume up and rf gain at max.I have replaced d1,d2,d4,d6,tr1,tr23 and c150 so far with no luck.Any help would be much aprreciated!

How was the receive before install? Check soldering. When I did my 29 instead of using the 15pf cap I used the 82pf cap to reconnect the recieve
It was working perfectly before the install.I'm not sure what the problem is but thanks for your response.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
